Why Lerato

Real conversations, professionally held.

Lerato Senoko Dube is an author, speaker and advocate for dignity, personal agency and healthier workplaces. She is the author of Are You Divorcing a Narcissist? Get Your Power Back! and a facilitator of conversations that bring the same honesty into professional spaces.

Her organisational work stands on its own merits: carefully prepared sessions, honest facilitation and practical tools people can use the next day. It connects to her individual work through a shared theme - human dignity and agency - without treating one book as a corporate intervention.

More About Lerato

Locate Your Super Power

The important boundary

Lerato Inspires programmes are personal-development, awareness and facilitated learning experiences. They are not clinical mental-health treatment, formal harassment investigations, legal advice or compliance certification. Where a client needs those services, they should be delivered by appropriately qualified specialists - and we are glad to work alongside a partner network rather than pretend one provider does everything. South Africa's Code of Good Practice on the prevention and elimination of harassment in the workplace calls for respectful, dignified workplaces; our programmes support that goal as learning experiences, not as proof of legal compliance.

How an Engagement Unfolds

From first enquiry to a programme that renews itself.

  • Enquiry - share your organisation, objective and audience through the enquiry form.
  • Qualification - a short exchange to confirm fit, timing and the right starting offer.
  • Discovery conversation - understand the dynamics, audience and what success looks like.
  • Proposal - a tailored proposal with scope, outcomes, availability and cost.
  • Approval - you confirm scope, dates and terms before anything is delivered.
  • Delivery - the keynote, workshop or programme, prepared and facilitated by Lerato.
  • Feedback and renewal - honest participant feedback and, where it fits, a recurring programme.
Corporate Enquiry

Let's explore what your people and organisation need.

Enquire about a corporate keynote, workshop or development programme. A few details up front help us prepare a relevant proposal - no vague "please send your rates" email needed.

How it works: share your organisation, need, audience and preferred format. We follow up with a discovery conversation, then a tailored proposal with scope, availability and cost.

Dignity. Agency. Possibility.
